Good, no frills hotel, very close to port. SUPER friendly and helpful staff who provided useful advice (and discounts) on parking car nearby and booking a meal. Breakfast was ok although no non-dairy milk options

Staff is nice, nice location, and that is really it. Our room was not very clean, no hot water in morning, breakfast ends at 10, no lobby, not tended after 11pm. Much most a hostel than a hotel. I would not stay there again.

Room tip: don't stay here, just easier

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Good food. Great location. stayed for a week, so much to do locally and helpful with trips and shuttles to and from airport. Great weather and Milazzo is a beautiful place with lots to visit. Can't wait to go again. Will definitely stay here again.

Room tip: great views and location. I had room 301 and would ask for this again

Only booked 1 night in the La Chicca Palace Hotel and my only regret was that I didn't stay longer! The double room was spacious, air con was excellent so room was actually cool which is a serious plus in a hotel in Sicily/Italy. The room was spotlessly clean also. Giovanna at reception was particularly helpful with all aspects of our stay. This hotel is quite close to the ferry terminal, shops and cafes and our room had views of the castle too.

We stayed here for only one night. The hotel interior is brightly coloured and a bit arty. The bedroom was adequate and comfortable. The staff very helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient although not a huge range on offer. The hotel is very close to the waterfront with lots of good restaurants. Milazzo Castle is worth a visit as is the little village (name forgotten) where parts of the movie "The Godfather" was made.
