Recently returned from this quiet peaceful hotel, staff are fantastic could not do enough for you, rooms basic but hey you don't live in them, only complaint no full length mirror and hairdryer rubbish no power or heat to style hair. Food always edible with lots of choice, although hot food only lukewarm most of the time, night entertainment quite relaxed with a singer or organist but most people chose to sit and chat outside anyway, as it is a small hotel all guests were very friendly. Glad we stayed at beach rooms and not cliff as for me the ride up and down was quite scary!! Not for the faint hearted although drivers were very good. Loved the area and beautiful Sorrento would certainly recommend this hotel the all inclusive was excellent ask for a glass of wine and you get a bottle !!! And it's a decent wine, thanks also for the birthday cake and singing waiters lovely gesture

Room tip: Beach hotel floor 3 has best sea views

Sorrento is worth visiting! But this hotel needs a lot of improvements.
First of all a long transfer from Naples. Approx 3 hours although our transfer coach broke down and it took 4.
The location of hotel is 15 minutes away from the town. Although the hotel puts on a complimentary mini bus, it's a scary ride everyday up and down a very steep cliff face.
Once in the hotel..the rooms are very basic. Tiny TV. No kettle.
There is no lift and only access to rooms is outside.
The Hotel has a really small lounge. Not big enough for all guests.
The entertainment is hilarious. Artists singing the same songs every night in broken English.
The food is disappointing. Cold vegetables. No hot vegetables at all. No variety. Poor salad selection.
Service is also poor. They are very friendly on first arrival but you have to wait ages to get served after that.
The drinks are good quality though. Nice wine and beer.
Another problem is that the hotel is open to the general public and the only pool is full of visitors with hotel guests feeling pushed out.
Definitely visit Sorrento. This hotel was quite reasonably priced compared to others but not great overall.

Just returned from Massa Lubrence Conca Azzura beach club hotel
had a week all inclusive, we are in our 60s hotel had mixed age range staying everyone able to chill and do your own thing, we have stayed in many hotels and have 3 holidays a year, like most people we have worked full time all our lives, and in todays world, you are lucky if you dont have a job without stress, if you want to get out of the rat race and rest
this is the place for you, our room was cleaned and fresh towels provided every day, just basic room
but adequate, ladies if like me eye sight not as good as when younger, take your magnifying mirror with you, there's a large mirror in bathroom, but not magnifying.
same applies to men if shaving, also I suggest you take your own hairdryer ,this hotel
is basically an adult hotel, and the hotel is situated in a very isolated area ,but a regular mini bus provided by the hotel to take you into Sorrento to explore, and book trips,by boat or coach or train, are easy to access in Sorrento ,back to info on hotel,
where shall I start ? the food I am a massive fan of M&S food, and a local store, who provide meat and produce from my region, this hotel in the middle of nowhere had the most fantastic choice of food, breakfast good selection of everything, if you want poached or fried eggs ask the waiters as it was usually scrambled eggs put out for breakfast, they bring poached egg out with salad on plate, but remember we are in Italy
just move your salad to oneside if it is not to your liking, the juice is pure, not the fake bright orange muck like a lot of hotels provide, the coffee machine breaks down regularly like in a lot of hotels, but hey ho not the end of the world, it gets fixed, along with the toaster, if you send your choice of bread round about 3 times you've cracked it
or go for a swim and return just joking, the lunches are fabulous salads ,veg, meat fish,
Pisa, always bottled water at your table, and always a bottle of wine if you wish it,loads of choice
lovely Italian wines, plus spirits or beer, dinner was equally lovely every evening, some of you might think how boring of me but the fish was so fantastic I chose it everyday eg
John Dory cod swordfish, tuna, , turkey better than M&S, my partner a meat eater loads of choice for him, the chef in this hotel obviously takes great pride in his choice of menu the waiters are so on the ball moving your plates etc, plenty of sun loungers. plenty of space,
I enjoyed swimming in the main saltwater pool it did affect some people, but I must be immune as I take my dog most days when not raining in the Irish sea, so it was home from home for me only with sun, the pool is open to the public I loved observing the Italian families enjoying themselves, I am not sure what it would be like in the high season, but the hotel has a separate area for the guests if you want privacy to sun bathe
The hotel needs sprucing up it needs painting around the balconies, and the pool areas definitely need tidying up and cleaning, the waiters and cleaners inside the hotel, were a lot more hard working, than the staff around the pool area, it needs cleaning!
Having stated all this I would not hesitate to come back to this little gem of a place,
The Chef gets my vote , hope if you are going to this hotel you enjoy it like we have

Just returned from a very relaxing week at Conca Azzurra Resort, staff very friendly and very obliging, hotel rooms were clean and adequate, the food although not to my liking was very good and well presented, however I'm am not a great lover of cold peas, cauliflower cheese, asparagus, carrots or steamed vegetables. The pizzas were beautiful I'm sure when they were first dish up but they were left to go cold, only once did I have a slightly warm pizza, shame. If you're into alcohol this is the place for you, nice wine and large measures.
Over all a beautiful location, with fantastic sunsets.

Nice hotel, clean and well maintained in quiet surroundings, choice of food is excellent with a huge buffet to choose from or if you didn,t prefer what was on the buffet a Chef on hand to cook A la Carte,The staff were fantastic all spoke good English, The trip from the car park at the top of the hill can only be described as quirky it had us laughing all week, there is a free shuttle bus all day and late into the evening to transport you into Sorrento about 20 min trip, the main part of the hotel is for guests only along with the lawn and facilities but the bit next to the ocean is open to the public also this wasn,t a problem ,it was empty most of the time

Room tip: All rooms (3 floors) face the ocean and have a balcony lots of storage space in the room,Quiet air con
