Very well located hotel with a great breakfast and endless cappuccinos on demand:) Large rooms well appointed and value for money
Made my 2 days in Arezzo absolutely magical- easy spot to get in and out from while visiting Cortona and other locations nearby

Overall, this Hotel is excellent, great position, nice rooms and lovely staff and a very comfortable lounge.
The downside is breakfast .. Not enough staff to cope with the number guests, food was good, but usually cold and constantly out of certain items. The Orange Juice jug was often empty, but the other 5 or 6 jugs of juices, which are obviously unpopular, were constantly full. the coffee cups are at the opposite end of the restaurant to the coffee machine, as are many other dishes. It is a constant trek to collect a plate of a cup. Someone needs to ORGANISE the breakfast Room and get someone to remove the very noticeable dust from the insid window ledges.
The reception and bar staff/porters are very good and I want to give a Special Thanks to Umair, who was wonderful.
Apart from the breakfast problems, I would recommend this lovely hotel.

We spent one night at this hotel, which was situated close to the old town and only a couple of steps from the railway station. We loved this hotel, the staff was very polite and helpful, the rooms were quiet, and there was a great panorama from the roof terrace. We also had a balcony in our room!

I arrived by myself, in Arezzo, jet lagged and sick, to attend a painting workshop. Everyone was so helpful and kind, making sure that I was comfortable and looked after. The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, best cappuccinos, by the way, and the location was perfect. I will return for sure!
