Less than average hotel with very small but clean rooms and beds. The inside of the hotel is really old while the outside is renovated with very modern look. Around 25 min walk to the center of Old Arezzo. Helpfull and nice staff and okay Breakfast.

We stopped here after driving through the mountains on our way to Monaco, very tired so a welcome break. Reception, staff were friendly and helpful, chatting as we chilled in the hotel bar. We were accommodated with two single rooms which were basic but clean but for the price acceptable.
After a pleasant breakfast were on our way again without any issues as the hotel is beside the main road through Arezzo.

Room Tip: It's always advisable to plan your route and stopovers which we hadn't done, still, popping in and asking with an open mind helps

Room is normal size . Has bed, shampoo, hair dryer, frig, tv (no English channels). No alarm clock or iron or board . No safe. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. The food is very good. We walked down the street a bit and found local bar that has very reasonably priced drinks.
We got a little ice from the bar at the hotel.

Although it may seem unpromising at first sight because of its position on a busy crossroads, this hotel is very good indeed. The rooms are adequately soundproofed and there is ample free parking and easy access to the town centre by bus or by a 15 minute walk.
Our room was spotless, comfortable and spacious and the restaurant seemed very popular with the locals - always a good sign and the food was excellent. The staff were charming and helpful. We would certainly go back again.

This hotel is best summarized as yin and yang. My wife and I stayed there for are daughters fastpitch tournament and, in some cases, we were disappointed, and in other ways, pleased. The good: free parking, good air conditioning (important for 100F summer days), excellent staff, good food. The bad: very dated rooms, no views (weird building deisign), limited English.

Now, the quick summary. Arezzo is a beautiful town with lots of hidden gems. The food is quite possibily the best I've ever had in the world. This hotel is built within a stainless steel clad building which looks good on the outside; however, the rooms all have no views. The restauraunt is truly first class. I would consider it country italian and the service and quality is second to none. The hotel is ~20 minutes walk from the city center which isn't too far; however, it was 100F when we were there. The city center is old, quaint, and a must see. You can easily see the city center in a day if you take the train to Arezzo. The rooms are very dated. The wireless internet is fast, but only in the lobby. I could not connect from the room.

For every positive, there was a negative; however, the staff really makes the difference and, in particular, the restauraunt. I would stay again based on the people; however, if you are finicky about your rooms, this is not your place.

Room Tip: Please note, there is free parking. Also, there is a big supermarket less than 5 minutes away. This is a good choice, particularly to buy your basic breakfast items.
