When we arrived, the place was very old and run down. The tiki hut and hammocks they advertise are dilapidated and unusable. There is no cafe. The staff is only there from around 9 to around 5. We were two couples and had booked two rooms. Neither room had adequate towels/accessories. My sister and her husband's room was an extremely small, triangular-shaped room with no closet, missing flooring and no view. There was no central air. Our balcony was rickety and we were afraid to go out on it. The table out there was filthy and the chairs plastic and mismatched. Our wonderfully advertised sea view was obstructed by a building roof. No one cleaned our room the whole 5 days, or even made the beds. We had to ask to have our trash emptied. The young couple who worked there were always polite and tried to accommodate our needs, but they could not make up for the condition of the hotel. We were to stay 5 nights but left early because on the fourth night a group of guests were partying under our window and going up and down the stairs yelling and making noise until 3 am. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. They did promptly refund our money for the unused night of stay.More
