The entry off the highway is easy to navigate with a boat on a trailer. The ramp is easier to use at high tide, so check the tides. The motel is on the bayside, but it's close to the bridge, so there's access to the Atlantic. Bill and Janine were friendly and helpful. The property is outdated and needs renovation. The appliances are old. The kitchens don't have full utensils, plates, etc. so bring what you need to cook the fish you catch. There are propane grills by the pool.
