Very clean rooms, breakfast very good cooked fresh .
Friendly staff
Parking not the issue it seemed on the website very straight forward and probably closer than some on site premier inns I’ve stayed in.

Only negative, one member of staff trying to run breakfast room and front of house.

NOT FAIR ON STAFF OR CUSTOMERS the young lady had a smile on her face throughout in fairness not her fault

Senior managers please take note that perhaps during these times more staff is an asset not just a cost!,

firstly i paid for a double room and was given an accessible room which was made for disabled people (bathroom was made for wheelchair users) and so i complained to the staff and asked for a new room in which they told me that they had all been taken and they couldn’t do anything about it. Then after a hard convincing they finally gave me the room i paid for.

Secondly, no towels where given in my room and this meant i had to go back downstairs and ask for some. the lady said she would bring them up within 5 mins. However 30 minutes went by and nothing!!!!

My partner then had to go back downstairs and ask for the same towels
in which they just left outside on the dirty floor

i’m disgusted DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Firs5 impression of the room, good size, very clean. Receptionist (male) bit cool/odd. Bathroom good size. Was pleased to see a bath as well as shower. Water pressure and temperature good. Went to bed about 9 45pm. Abruptly woke up at 11am to fire alarm going off. Stopped after a few minutes. No explanation but the shock distressed me enough that I was unable to sleep properly afterwards which was a shame because the bed was comfortable enough. As usual in most hotels - never enough milk provided and nowhere to access any more supplies. Receptionists conspicuous by their absence. Parking is available in where Premier Inn will authorise payment but it’s not the easiest for visitors to Orpington to find. Overall good clean, convenient hotel and value for money. Would definitely stay there again. Wouldn’t bother eating there. Hotel is surrounded by loads of good cafes/restaurants as well as a supermarket.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Orpington with plenty of options for coffee shops, restaurants, shops etc. Our room which was an accessible room on the 1st floor was huge. The staff were very friendly n helpful. Parking was available at the back of the hotel for Blue badge holders.

Information online said paid parking was available nearby, it wasn't.

The location is inside the LEZ, which wasn't clear when booking.

In the end I had to book elsewhere for the 2nd & 3rd nights of my stay.

Unless you arrive on foot, avoid this hotel.
