Really enjoyed afternoon tea here, lovely location in the middle of nowhere. The food was varied and very tasty plus the service was good.
The view from the restaurant is a pleasant countryside setting with the odd rabbit bobbing about. The restaurant itself is a mock period building which is really nicely done and the ‘antique’ crockery a nice touch.
I’ve been for a few afternoon teas and Frasers adds their own twist with the most impressive sausage roll I’ve ever had and a fantastic goats cheese and red onion chutney tart.
The cakes were nice and the scones looked awesome but sadly were a bit stodgy and lacked flavour although we ate them so couldn’t have been that bad.
A solid 4 but could have been a 5 if not for the scones.
