A really good experience. The hotel has been restored to its original splendour. The rooms are stylish and somewhat quirky. The wardrobes are well hidden but well fitted when opened- the hanging rail is lowered to your ideal height. I’ve never played” Hunt the loo” before but the bathroom is ingenious. Food is expensive but very tasty. Each mouthful is a discovery.

Room Tip: Book by phone. Ask for a corner room with sea view- big and airy.

We arrived at the hotel a couple of hours later than we intended due to problems on the motorway. At this point we had not eaten since breakfast and now it was 15:45. We had not been able to eat en-route as we had to be in Morecambe for a wedding, which we nearly missed as it was.
We asked at reception regarding food and were told the Rotunda bar served food all day, so we checked in and had a quick drink. However, when we tried to order food we were told that they had stopped serving at 16:00, this was 16:05. I queried this at reception and was told by another member of staff that this was correct, but we could order room service. Unfortunately this turned out to be a poor selection of sandwiches, nothing substantial at all for those who had not eaten for over 7 hours!
Given the fact that this is an expensive 4 star hotel I find it a poor do that they cannot provide residents with a meal when needed!

We have stayed numerous times but this visit was just to soak up the abience and have a realy nice cold beer or two on the terrace in a hot 26C
This is one of my favourite spots on the West Coast - a real touch of indulgence and a shining star in the reviatalisation of Morecambe - truly a super hotel with an Art Deco ambience only rarely found these days at a price one can afford! Same type of spot on the South Coast would be 4 times the price!

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are best -

The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff very polite and courteous, especially the breakfast staff. Nobody could say that young people today don't know how to treat people if they stayed at this hotel, this hotel is a great example of the youth of today, their work ethic was superb. The food choice in the Rotunda bar is excellent and the breakfast menu, brilliant! Overall a nice hotel.

Room Tip: Defintely get a sea view room, the views are great especially the sunset over the bay.

Stayed at the hotel with my sister to celebrate her 50th birthday and really enjoyed it. Booked Room 302 with large outdoor terrace and hot tub, which we actually used due to the good weather and the views over the bay are amazing. The staff are great -professional and friendly. I do agree with some other comments that the hotel is looking a little tired in places, and feel it is due some attention to keep it looking it's best. Thank you for lovely time.
