Had been here for a drink with the boys pre christmas and thought must go back and try the food. Went on Easter Monday with wife and a couple of friends. Even though they were packed the service was excellent. The pub serves a great pint (We had Proper Job) and has a gin bar to die for if that's your tipple. The game pie was great, big chunks of meat in it. Everyone else said their food was excellent as well. A couple of people said the pub was cold don't get that we were sat well away from the fire and just had t-shirts by the end of the meal. Will be returning.
