Arrived, got seated and then waited. Picked our food out of the menu, waited. Downloaded & installed the app (just to see if you can place an order through the app - which you can't) - waited. Tried catching the eye of any member of staff - but they all keep their heads down and look like everything has gone wrong & they need to fix something before the world ends. Waited some more - then literally gave up and walked out. No one said anything. Very disappointing. It's normally slow in there but not this bad. Please get some more staff!!

A group of us went for dinner on Sunday 18th February to celebrate my husbands birthday after going to the cinema. Three of us ordered pizza, which was very brittle and we had to return two of the pizzas and asked for it not to be baked so much. The second pizza still wasn't very good. The server was very good and we were given the two pizzas for free by the manager, however overnight, both my husband and daughter, who had the same dish of pasta and meatballs, both had dodgy stomachs and the husband has had to cancel some work appointments the following day as a result. I would not recommend this establishment to eat at all.

My wife and I visited for lunch, lured in by a voucher giving 50% off the main courses,
but in the end we wished we had not bothered.
We were seated in a booth, but immediately noticed that a ten foot long stretch of the ledge around us was covered In thick dust.
Our starters were cheesy garlic bread which was fine and dough balls
that were almost solid, and which we tried to finish but failed.
For the main course we chose burgers, these arrived within moments of our starters
being cleared, something we both really dislike. As there were only four other tables in use, the kitchen was hardly under pressure.
Both burgers were poorly presented, the chips were under cooked.
The burgers are clearly of the frozen variety, and, whilst some frozen burgers can be quite tasty, these were only OK.
We have now used this restaurant twice and have been very unimpressed on both visits.
We have used this chain in several other locations previously, and enjoyed our visits,
we will not use this location again however.

It was a cold day so ate here for a change rather than by the harbour. We had the set price lunch menu which was good value. The starter of crispy mushrooms was really good and has the wrap for main which was ok, the chips were nice. Friendly service.
