I have stayed in this hotel several times recently. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is excellent, although a toaster would be really useful. I cant comment on the evening meals, but the bar is nice enough for a hotel bar.
There is a small swimming pool and fitness room, more than adequate for a post work dip or workout.

Dear Darren,
Thank you for your great feedback. The toaster is a good point and we are in process of adding that to the buffet set up. I hope you have the chance to try our restaurant 26North the next time you are staying with us.

We have been there in a family trip. Great location, near the railway station, the harbour, and the old town.
The hotel has a restaurant that offers great food and wonderful service.
It was great also the swimming pool which gives the chance for kids to have some fun after a long walking day.
I would repeat the same hotel if i visited Stavanger again.

The breakfast is stunning!
The service is very good!
The personal are very nice and they gave maps with tips and ferry schedules to the Preikestolen.
The price is ok, but you will never regret the visit.

As I have been working in Norway, and Stavanger is a place you can fly to direct from Heathrow, my wife and I met up here for a weekend away.

At check-in the staff were very friendly and my wife was able to pick up the key for the room and settle in before I arrived. We travelled by public transport and unfortunately are unable to comment on the raking facilities available at the hotel.

The room was adequate but a little on the small side and there was no view from the windows. It was a very light room in spite of this, which was nice in the afternoon sunshine. The bathroom was very spacious and there was a large walk in shower. There was no bath in the room we had, which was not a problem for us but if you need one it would be worth checking there is a room available before booking. There was a swimming pool in the hotel, although we did not use this.

The room was quiet during our stay and we had no issues getting a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable and we were not disturbed by other guests, plumbing or other noises.

Breakfast was good and there was a wide variety of breakfast items available, which should suit all tastes. There were also hot items (eggs etc.) that you could order from the waiting staff. We had no problem getting a table but it does get very busy at peak times, however the staff clear tables very quickly so this should not be a problem.

We had dinner in the hotel on both nights we were there, but as the hotel restaurant is one of the best in Stavanger it is worth booking a table when you arrive if you want to eat there. We have reviewed the restaurant separately so will say nothing more than it was fantastic and we would highly recommend booking that table!

Overall this was a great hotel and we would definitely consider staying here on our next trip.

This is my favorite hotel in SVG, I'm staying here 2-3 times every month due to work in an airline.
They are always were helpful and smiling in the reception, the rooms are recently renovated, cleaned and the beds are amazing.
You can event eat tasty food in the restaurant, drink wine without spending a lot of money. Or just grab some take-away from the Vietnamese, Thai or sushi restaurant just a 100m walk from from the hotel.
I haven't tried the spa yet, but the fitness, sauna and pool facility's is in great standar.
The area is quiet even during the weekend, and it's just a short 2 mins walk from the city center

Room Tip: All rooms are recently renovated
