Anna was very helpful to us with tickets reservation and explaining where and how to get them, without her I would not manage to get them and find everything. Good idea to use app during waiting time, and very informative!

The drive from Innsbruck is beautiful. Once we arrived at the castle area and picked up my ticket, Anna told me the history of Ludwig II and we walked around the whole area, including a spectacular view of Neuschwanstein from off the main trails. The ticked tour was organized and straight forward. On the way back we stopped at an old fortress and suspension bridge for more great views. All around an excellent day out, a truly wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Anna and Miran were awesome. We had a great day with them learning all the history of the castle and the area. We would recommend to anyone interested in taking a day trip to Neuschwanstein.

Never tried audio-guided tours before, but turns out it is a good option if you want to have a tour "on your own" and yet still with someone "taking care" of you if you feel it necessary. Thanks Anna for a structured information, perfectly aligned with visual experience.

Super trip, excellent guide. Hallstatt in pandemic is empty and super-comfortable =) Anna knows alot about the topic and is eager to tell (although for us it was mainly about sightseeing)
