When in Lower Barrakka Gardens you will see the siege bell war memorial. In order to get there you need to go down and cross the street.
Nice view of the bay and 3 cities from here. When cruise ships come to Valetta, it is a cool place to watch.
One more memorial remaining one more tragic period in difficult Maltese history.
