It's been so long since I've eaten fish that I could rave about, that I don't often order it anymore. I'm so glad that I chose the Turbot tonight because everything about the dish was exceptional: the attractive plating (there's a photo of this dish dated 30 March at their Facebook page), the perfect taste/texture of the fish, the inventive/colorful grapefruit and celery root (I may be incorrect on the exact ingredients) sauces, and the filled pasta accents. Kudos to the Chef!
But even before my husband and I received our food, I had been planning to write a positive review because we so enjoyed the hospitality of Enrico and Vasilena, who were coordinating a very busy Saturday night crowd at their fully booked restaurant, yet went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Not only did they accommodate us for drinks at the compact and attractive bar (including a custom non-alcoholic cocktail that was perfect for my tastes), but they managed to transfer us to a table to enjoy our meal.
I high recommend this restaurant; be sure to make a reservation if you visit on a Saturday night :-)
