The hotel complex is nice, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff tried to be helpful. However this was not a good choice for an elderly couple ( in their late 70's and 80's) who did not speak or understand Ukrainian. There was only one person at reception who spoke a little English. Since this hotel has great facilities for children most of the clientele were young families with children. We were in one of the buildings separate from the main building which meant a walk up hill to the dining room, which in turn was on the 2nd floor. The food was tasty and adequate, served buffet style. The dining room was as one might find in a cafeteria, very minimalist, no table cloths etc.
The reception went out of their way to help us, and organized a driver for a day trip to Mukachevo. They even prepared a package lunch. We decided not to stay the whole period we booked and they returned one night payment. I have nothing but praise for the staff, both at reception and in the dining room.
The indoor spa and swimming pool looked very clean and modern The grounds are very limited,

Room Tip: we had a ground floor room in one of the annex buildings. It was large and tastefully furnished

We stayed in Reikartz Carpaty Hotel last February, but I didn't write a review yet. The hotel is really nice with good sized rooms and good services. We had full board so ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was good as there weren't so many restaurants in the village.

The Hotel is located literally next to the ski slope, but unfortunately there was hardly any snow when we we're staying there. The snow on the photo was almost completely gone in the afternoon. The pool and spa have to be booked in advance and we did that on the first day for our complete stay.

There's also a huge play room for kids on the top floor which can keep the kids occupied for some hours. They also organised a birthday party for our daughter.

One thing you should keep in mind is that having your own transport is very useful to go to some more distant places.

All in all a good hotel!

I lived in this hotel 5 days. Very comfortable rooms - clean, all details thought out. The price includes admission to the gym room, sauna and swimming pool, you can rent a bike and ride along mountain villages. The price includes food - all food is local, very tasty, lots of healthy foods. Particularly pleased with the staff and speed of execution requests. and of course the drinking water of the Carpathians - incredibly delicious! We conducted training at the hotel, but here comes a lot of families with children to rest. I want to come back again, because for the work did not have time to visit the sauna. I recommend this hotel and Carpathians!

Room Tip: I lived in Scandinavia housing

Excellent place to stay for the whole family - very well adapted for having a rest with kids - they have big kids room with animators who take a good care of them! Plenty of choices what to do and where to go - you can rent bikes, go hiking or join group tours around Carpathians. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable! Breakfast and dinner are included and we were satisfied with food. Staff is friendly, polite and ready to make your stay comfortable. They have quite nice SPA - swimming pool, sauna etc - all you need to relax!
Definiely will come here again!

Room Tip: Book a room in the main corps of the hotel.
