My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Von. It is centrally located and an easy walk to the main sights and restaurants in Reykjavik. There is also a market next door to stock up on essentials. The room was spotless and the bathroom/shower were amazing! Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful with whatever questions we had. It was also very nice to be able to get a drink or something to eat at the attached restaurant after a long day on tours. Thy only things could use some improvement were the pillows being very flat and a bit more lighting in the rooms.

Excellent location in the heart of Reykjavik, with easy access to local restaurants, cafés, bars etc.

Our hotel room was clean and tidy, and the customer service at Hotel Von was absolutely superb.

First time to Reykjavik and booked this hotel just moments before getting on the plane! We appreciated the good reviews so took a chance and it was really cool - quaint, modern, and fantastic staff. We booked a corner room with a giant balcony - a little too windy to use the outdoor space, but the blackout shades worked miracles on the jet lag and no sunset nights. Location is fantastic. Never made it to the cafe, but it looked nice. Would absolutely stay there again.
