Great Location, very clean, warm and comfy if your looking for a cheaper hotel option i.e. 3* this hotel is perfect. Would stay again if I went to Iceland again.

This hotel was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, I had a clean room which was a fairly standard size for this type/price of hotel. Can’t really fault any of it, I thought there was plenty of choice at breakfast and it was all kept well stocked, even when I went down for breakfast shortly before the end time for breakfast service.

There’s a few little areas to chill out in with games, books and a pool table.

All in all it was a very positive experience.

My only advice for people staying in future would be to look behind the curtains for the radiator - took me two days to find it! That said the room didn’t feel particularly cold when I didn’t have it on. I just hadn’t opened the curtains because it was dark outside when I left and came back, so didn’t find it…

We have a 24 hour stop over in Reykjavík and I spent a lot of time trying to find a hotel and decided on this one. I’m glad I did. The rooms are spacious and ours was quiet, even though we were next to the elevator. The breakfast has many choices and was yummy. The ladies working it kept everything stocked and cleaned. If you have time to hang out, there’s a bar and a large common space with a pool table and books to read and games to play.
