We've stayed at this hotel some 11 years ago or so! we had a great time then so we booked the same hotel for this trip. The hotel is a star hotel but has obviously been well maintained as its condition is near new. It is extremely well located in the ventre of Reyjkavik. The staff are very helpful, some are more cheerful than others. This is not a criticism, it is just an observation. the rooms are spacious and have all the facilities expected of a hotel at that standard. The hotel also has a nice restaurant. We've had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you

Everything was great, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel it self is beautiful and they already had up the Christmas lights which made it even more cosy.

A classy hotel located in the centre of Reykjavik, handily placed for shopping, restaurants and drinking as well as pick up at bus stop 3 for bus tours. The breakfast buffet was good but the hot food did not stay hot for long. Nb. You have to say at checkin which days you want your room cleaned!
