The hotel is modern, clean, well appointed and in a great location right on the walking street. We found the service to be generally good, but on a couple of occasions with some concerns, the staff was a bit dismissive. The breakfast was fine (although custom coffee was charged for), the happy hour promised to be nice (but very restrictive on the actual drinks offered). The major issue we had was that the best rooms offered are actually on the top floor, but the roof beams intruded into our room so much that my wife and I hit our heads on the beam 6 times in our first night there. A very bad feature in an otherwise nice hotel…would recommend not choosing those rooms.
