Excellent hotel; wonderful stay. Clean, modern, in great condition, very nice linens, great location for walking, plenty of towels, great pillows, helpful staff, great views overlooking city and harbor. Highly recommend. Our best stay in Iceland.
I stayed at Tower Suites for a week during our family vacation. From the very beginning, I was in communication with the staff about various amenities and tours to make our first visit to Iceland memorable. I was pleasantly surprised about the promptness of the staff with details that are unparalleled. They helped us book most of our activities and tours and airport transfers prior to our arrival. The transactions were smooth and effortless. Upon arrival, we were dismayed at the views from the residence. The amenities were fabulous, breakfast offered in bed at a time of your convenience. Coffee, bean and hot chocolate available at the lobby. As well as, an assortment of drinks. Housekeeping staff was absolutely excellent and very accommodative of our requests. Concierge services provided by the front desk staff were absolutely phenomenal. Special thanks to Kinga, Sara, Kelly, Julia were all fantastic. In addition to our fantastic, peaceful, cozy accommodation, there was an ongoing movie shooting for Reykjavik across the street! I will recommend tower suites for anyone who is visiting Iceland as the best option. You do have to book early as there are limited rooms available. There are several food options nearby and the bus stop (#12) for tour pick up is just behind the tower. Thank you again for making our visit memorable.
OMG best place to stay. We got penthouse #7 , views of the harbor , the mountains, sunsets. The breakfast can be adjusted to your liking , just ask, we preferred scrambled eggs, rolls, chesses and meats verse the sweet options. They have personnel at the tour desk from 7:00am-9:00pm, to help.
They can process tours and the hop on hop off bus, which we used several days to get around downtown Reykjavik, also arrange a private driver through, seamless stay here.
Amazing view, upscale property and great staff. Loved everything about my staff and I would do it again.
From the moment we arrived the staff was hard at work taking care of our luggage, getting our room ready and making sure we were having pleasant experience.
Our room featured gorgeous views and was spotless from top to bottom.
The breakfast was five stars and plenty for 2 people.
The apartment is beautiful and some of the amenities were really nice. The receptionist was also super friendly. This said, given the price, I would have expected (a) better location (it was ok but not right in the center) (b) the building is just 100% empty and feels desolate (c) would have expected better gadgets and other amenities in the room
