The general tone of the restaurant is quite hectic(effecient??) The quality of the food was good. -The time between our two courses was extremely long ,over 45 minutes, due to an error in the kitchen. The waiters tried to make up for this by compensating with a glass of extra wine etc. Can't blame the waiters for an error in the kitchen. Still a frustrating wait. It was an unacceptablel mess ordering the wine. The first wine ordered they did not have. I was then asked by the "Sommelier" which year I preferred. this is an absurd and meaningless question. I Then asked for a wine from Piedmont and he deliverd a wine from veneto. oh well,itwas a good wine. I also think that most of the wines are overpriced, but that may just be Danish tradition in restaurants.
