Stayed there for one night as part of our trip to Denmark. A modern hotel in central location, offers spacious rooms and fine dining and breakfast. The only negative, a couple of waiters during dinner were unfriendly, with no eye contact and rushed to clean the table. A smile is always a plus. Other than that, an excellent choice in Aarhus

So there is a public garage under the hotel, with a elevator up to the hotel
Check in took quite some time there was only 2 families ahead of us but it took almost 20 min
Pillows are kinda small but personal preference
Rooms had has many scruffs on the walls but otherwise it was clean.
Bed you can adjust the head and the bottom so that was cool, personal preference for us the bed was very soft., we like that.

Location is excellent

For a BUSINESS hotel the WiFi sucked majorly,one person could be on it with no problem the moment a second device came on, delay, stopped service.wifi goes out for up to 10 min and then comes back. WiFi at 21.00 has been out for 20 min now.

Called front desk twice, was told the had to put in a ticket to their IT department and couldn’t tell me when it might be fixed. Then I was called back and advised to call the front desk again when it goes out and someone will come up...... at check out no offer of anything in regards to the WiFi, I received yes we know

You get a voucher per adult of 50 k but a cup of coffee is 38 and you don’t get change or credit back.
