Extraordinary place - great people! Comfy & luxurious room. Enjoy with all your senses! Don’t leave without trying the restaurant as well. Traditional Cretan food in a “modern” way. We all loved it. Looking forward to coming again.

We spent 3 wonderful nights in this wonderful boutique hotel smack bang in the middle of Rethymnon old town.
We had one of their executive suites - it was spacious and luxurious. Hotel sent us very detailed instruction in advance of how to find the hotel as we were arriving by car. When we did arrive they met us at our car and helped with directions to parking and with bags. Breakfast and dinner at their restaurant was very good as well. All in all it was a fantastic stay. We loved the hotel and Rethymnon and would definitely stay there again.

Came back after a great experience last year. It was even better. The Junior Suite was spacious, quiet, clean, well equipped and very tastefully appointed. A great mixture of traditional materials with contemporary ones. Excellent amenities (toiletry, towels, slippers!). The hotel's location is perfect, of course. Breakfast is amazing and seerved with grace. Only remark: The mattress could be better. Highly recommended for a short visit of the charming Rethymnon old town.

This hotel was charming, located in the old city. Right outside the door were the charming walk streets of the old city. It was a great location for touring Crete, about 1/2 way between Chania and Herakalon. The hotel room was quite roomy, particularly by European standards. The bed was comfortable and our window opened up to the old city below. The restaurant was special. Everything was fresh and beautifully executed. It was a wonderful atmosphere to come back and relax, after a day of touring in Crete.

One of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed at in Europe. Katerina and her staff really spoiled us in every respect. We had an amazing suite (Blue suite) on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the winding European Street Below. Situated in the city center, the hotel is great for exploring and day trips throughout the island. One flight up from our room was the most beautiful secret roof top garden with a view of the old Fort and whole town. Our huge room was more like an apartment with really comfortable bed and large sitting area and bathroom. The decor of the room and entire hotel is unique and so interesting. The restaurant staff was incredible. Every morning we had fresh squeezed orange juice and eggs or gourmet waffles cooked fresh and to order. Lingering in the garden restaurant each morning was such a delight it was hard to get motivated to explore the rich history and sights of the city. And the dinner under the amazing watchful eye of Damion was equally wonderful. We are already talking about when we can return!

Room Tip: we loved the large, spacious and quiet blue room
