We had steak in a mushroom sauce and a half bottle of house red wine. The steak was delicious and the service friendly. Whole meal including complimentary olives and bread, dessert and coffee came to less than €15 each.

I found this place in a ranking of top-5 Porto's francesinhas so we didn't have any difficulties with the order - told it even before getting the menus from the waiter, plus there's craft beer offer in form of a table tent, so we picked IPAs.
Waiting time was about 15 minutes and it's the first francesinha that I ever ate, so can't assess it's authenticity or compliance with any standards there are out there.
It's a very rich sandwich buried under a layer or molten cheese in a sea of tomato(?) gravy consisting of two white bread layers, a ham layer, a steak layer and a sausages layer. If you think it's not enough there's a plate of fries as a side dish.
So with an investition of 11 euros each (8,5 for the francesinha and 2,5 for a beer) you have quite a fulfilling dinner.
Apart from that, nothing specifically attractive about this place.

"Girassol" is a traditional restaurant that had a quite big makeover some time ago. Now it is a traditional restaurant with a decent modern look. The bread is amazing! Very tempting and tasty. The main course dishes are very well served in terms of quantity. As a group of three friends (women) we opted to share one plate ("Arroz de tamboril" - very tasty). For people that have daily lunch in Porto downtown or for passing by Tourists, I recommend it. Good value for money!
