The appartements are clean, the staff is friendly and helpfull. The view from our appartment was amazing: we saw the surfers, trying to catch the waves, while sitting lazy on the balcony. There is a nice beach close by: just cross the boulevard. Solverde is situated close to the trainstation so no car needed. Within half an hour you are in the centre of Porto. We will come back!

friendly staff, helped with info how to get by train to Porto, because driving in this beautiful city is difficult and hard to find parking space. train-station 1-2 minutes from hotel. nice equipped apartment, clean.

Minus: on small balcony no chaer or any small table, so one can not enjpu the nice sea-view completely. can be very noisy at night, because people shout in front of the nearby casino.

Room Tip: free parking in front of hotel, but you have to pay for the guarded garage. some vera good restaurants very close, as well as two good stocked supermarkets.

The Hotel Apartamento Solverde is a large property near the beach of Espinho. My apartment was very big, old-fashioned but clean and with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The wi-fi is only available in the lobby but are taking action to make it available in the entire hotel. The breakfast is quite varied. An very good quality/price ratio for a beach holiday.

Got here late in the day and booked the hotel online from a nice little coffee shop a block away which saved us 30 % the hotel has secure underground parking which is good as the there was a few unlucky patrons of the casino next door looking for a gratuity to mind your car in the adjacent lot. The apartment was large but same a little past it best before date. It was clean but smelled a little damp and musty. Free wifi in lobby area but a charge for use of the very old public computers. Beautiful beach and ocean view.

The Property is very good, nicely located. I choose this property over hotel solverde since i am a pure vegetarian and wanted to cook my own food. The bed is good, spring matteress. Furniture is all wood, good quality. carpets are running old but managable. WIFI is there , but getting signals is an issue. i got only in the bedroom and not else where. WIFI is provided by the casino nearby, so the rooms to the casino side and not on high floors will get better wifi. There is no washing machine in the room and this is a problem for those who want to wash their own stuff themselves. Channels on TV are limited, ask before you check in if you are particular about viewing some channel. restaurant is on 13th floor and they offer continental on a self serve basis.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea facing room.
