The Reserve was stunning, the staff attentive and helpful in every aspect of our needs. The amenities, especially the Jacaranda Club and the Spa/Wellness Center was world class! The pool was enjoyably quiet with stunning views of the ocean and mountainside. The resort itself and their incredible staff far exceeded our expectations and made our time in Portugal one we will never forget!

We just returned from 6 nights at the Reserve Hotel. We didn’t know exactly what to expect; but any expectations were exceeded. From the moment you arrive until you leave (until the airport gate!), the service is first class. Every member of the staff is friendly and happy to oblige. The room was well appointed. The view of the ocean amazing. The breakfast excellent (both al la carte and small buffet) and the exclusive pool area amazing. Hardly anyone there but always with great service on hand. And the infinity pool and views wonderful. We would highly recommend and definitely want to come back to Madeira and the Reserve.

Beautiful hotel, amazing big room, excellent views, and wonderful service. The concierge team also did a great job arranging top restaurants and trips around the island for us. Breakfast al fresco was delightful, as well. The hotel service is really top-notch, helping us from the moment we got off the plane in Madeira to the moment we got back on. Worth every penny. This hotel is hands down the best service I have experienced anywhere. Marianna was our GEPA and anticipated our every need. Take advantage of their outings! The sunrise breakfast at Pico do Ariero took our breath away. Can't wait to come back here!

The hotel has a great view and top amenities and lovely spacious room but what sets this hotel apart from the rest is the staff. They were by far the friendliest, most helpful and attentive you will find. Didn’t think to mention we would need a car seat but they thought of it and before I noticed we had left something behind they had already messaged me to say I had forgotten it and that they would kindly send it to me.Thanks for a great trip from me and my family!
