The Reserve is a top five star hotel that exudes luxury, elegance, style, and unparalleled attention to detail. Every hotel representative is incredible, and we appreciated Diana (concierge), who was so friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and seemed genuinely happy to assist in every possible way. Honestly if you have the opportunity, you must ask for her specifically…she’s incredible and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay unforgettable.
Beatriz was also amazing, as was the gentleman at the Jacaranda pool deck.
We have stayed at some of the best five star hotels in Paris, Greece, Italy, Brazil, and the Caribbean, and this easily rivals them all. In many ways, The Reserve beats out the Four Reasons, Ritz, and Mandarin Oriental properties. We would recommend The Reserve to everyone, but especially couples or experienced travels who are looking for exclusivity, catered services, luxury, elegance, and superb attention to detail. We have literally zero complaints about The Reserve, and can’t recommend this hotel enough.
Last point - we visited Reid’s for afternoon tea, and were so happy we booked The Reserve for our hotel. The comparison isn’t even close. And if you are on the fence about booking at The Savoy, or upgrading to The Reserve, you MUST do the upgrade…it is worth it.
