This hotel is a dream to stay at. The staff is very professional and friendly. They were so helpful. The ambiance in the whole hotel is delightful. Went to the jazz night on the Terrace and it was so relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of yummy options. Great location. Highly recommend.

Great location but the staff of this hotel are just what makes it! They helped me with everything! I felt like I was home, they made me feel like I was safe and they helped me plan a lot of my days. The breakfast was incredible! The fruit selection was great! Over all 5/5!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location, perfectly soundproof. Rooftop bar is cosy, great for an evening. During the day, a bit too hot up there. Would be nice to have more shade to sit in and read a book or something. Lovely lounge area. Breakfast is good, nothing fancy, but has enough selection, even a small gluten free section.

Staff were amazing very helpful particularly Priscilla nothing was too much. Very impressed with the hotel location really good.
Roof top bar over looks the city lovely veiws.
Entertainment was available.
Rooms were cleaned everyday and a lovely touch of leaving a small piece of chocolate.

Staff were very friendly and gave brilliant advice on hiking and site seeing. Had a lovely Fado night on the rooftop bar which was unique to Funchal.
Location is ideal right in the middle of Old Town whilst still bending close to the shopping district. Brilliant Experience, the staff make the stay!
