Worst hotel I have ever been on!
First when we arrived to the hotel the room was dirty, still with hairs on the pillow, the bathtub was dirty, mirror and carpet of the bathroom. When we told the reception the room was dirty she made it look like we were lying but finally made it to clean on the second day.
The second problem was the lack of wi-fi on the bedroom for 10 days, we were told the problem would be fixed because someone would come to fix it, but after 10 days nothing happened.
The third problem was the cold water in the bathroom making almost impossible to have a bath making me and my partner sick. We had the "Presidential Room" with a big bath tub but we never made it to use it because there wasn't enough warm water.
The fourth and last problem was the cleaning issues with the gym. All the equipments full of dust and super small area.
As I asked for at least a small refund I was told that the maximum the hotel could give would be a meal voucher.

If you are planning our vacation don't stay on this hotel, even tough it has a very good location it is not worth it. You will have too much stress and you will feel like you are worth nothing as a client.
