Great place to stay. Great area of the city. Well laid out rooms. Good bar and very good restaurant with meals and wines at very good prices. Great selection at breakfast. Service was always a high standard.

We did have noise from the reception door the first night so asked to change rooms. Avoid rooms at he rear on the first floor until they fix the reception door into the corridor and stairwell. This was done without too much fuss and after that we had a great stay here. We were two children, two parents, two grandparents and two uncles so all age groups covered. Will happily stay here again.

Room Tip: We would avoid rooms 110 and 112 as right above a banging door late into the night and very early in the morning

Next to one of the most known avenue in Lisbon, this hotel is very well located. From here you can by foot visit all the central places you like. It is also well decorated, friendly and quiet at night.

We used this hotel - from the Turim chain with 11 hotels alone in Lisbon - for an overnight between two flights without breakfast, since we had to leave early. But in February the price was very reasonable and it was in an area with several good restaurants. With more time one can walk down to the Baixa or use the metro from the nearby Marques de Pombal station.

Check in was fast and very professional and there was also porter service. The room was of a good size and very functional, just the view out the window wasn't very attractive, also the light was a bit weak. But the bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night, so we had a good sleep. There was a minibar with rather steep prices (5 € for a can of beer, 4 € for a small chocolate).

The bathroom with marble on the floor and on the walls had enough storage space, a good shower and free toiletries.

I stayed here for one night at the beginning of my trip and I am so glad I did!

The location is wonderful, very close to a beautiful shopping street and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have the most amazing rain showers. Having taken a red eye the night before and needed a relaxing space on my first night - this place was perfect.

I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but wish I did. Prices were reasonable and guests were saying the burgers were delicious.

Hotel in is great location near marques pombel roundabout which is where all tour hop on and off buses go from. There is also a metro station and lots of bus stops. It is a pleasant walk down to the older part of the town about 15/20 mins depending on how far you go. Bar service good and very reasonable prices with happy hour and good house wine. Breakfast expensive at 13€ for mainly continental but good choice. Small cafe around the corner.
On arrival went to make a cup of tea no milk and only one T bag. Took 3 requests to get another one despite asking reception and leaving notes for maids. Milk you have to purchase from bar.
The towels are very thin, old and not much use. Toiletries in room replaced every day. Didn't try the restaurant but there are a few within the vicinity of the hotel and snacks available in bar at certain times. Xenu restaurant on next street recommended.
Overall would recommend but take t bags if you want a cuppa.
