I stayed here with 5 other girls for a hen weekend, the no alcohol wasn't a put off as its only a 20 min walk to the Casino, bars and beach. The hotel was very clean, our room was cleaned every morning and the grounds every day. The pool was lovely and inviting. We were on 2 separate floors but that wasn't a problem as we could phone each room when needed. You do need to pay for the safe in the rooms but we decided 1 safe for our passport and money was enough so shared the cost. The breakfast was delicious and the croissants were so buttery :) The snack bar was ok for a quick lunch with big portions. The lady on reception our 1st night was very helpful. The hotel is situated in a quick area but after a night dancing away that was just what we needed to cure our hangovers. The club behind the Casino is open until 5am friday and saturday nights :) I would visit this hotel again for a quiet weekend away with the husband.

Room Tip: For best view and more sun ask for a room at the back of the hotel over looking the pool.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the estoril railway station. Rooms are spacious enough, with balcony and equiped with small fridge. Hotel staff is friendly and price was ok (42 EUR/ night).

After spending a few days in the middle of the city we wanted a quiet place to stay and to set up a location to relax. We choose this little hotel, and since in Portugal everything is nearby if you have a car, we thought it would be a good idea to choose a hotel on a quiet area. Estoril in this season it was clearly quiet but it was a good location with a nearby supermarket and a good access to the highway.

Staff were very nice from the beginning and very helpful at all times. The rooms were okay and a tad small but decent with good wifi signal and good tv. Breakfast was a little letdown with very limited options, a coffee machine with some issues and nothing really fresh. The hotel pics seemed very nice from the moment that we saw them in the booking page but it doesnt reflect what the hotel has to offer. Parking its limited to a few cars outside but you can easily park on the street basically anywhere.

It was cheap and convenient for us but with some limited things to do nearby and not that many facilities, this hotel wouldnt be my first choice if I dont have a car or a plan. I still dont regret choosing it.

First of all, the staff is amazing in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay in hotel Lido. But i must say, not everyone would have been pleased with the room they assigned us to. It wasn't nowhere near as beautiful as on the pictures and very outdated. But well, it's a holiday, and should not be spend inside of the hotel room right?

Room Tip: A room with a view on the swimming pool, in the new part of the hotel
