A small but interesting science museum.

All hands on. Excellent staff. Descriptions well described in English.

The terrasse on the roof is awesome with great views..... would be really good to put a coffee shop up there

Spent a morning here with two children 9 and 10. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves which meant that the children could spend as long as they wanted at each exhibit.

After lunch we stumbled upon Faro's little science museum. It was fabulous! We spent 2 hours here and got 1:1 private tour from staff. Never thought i would hold a tarantula ever but did. Staff were amazing and so friendly and informative. Thank you. P.S. I found my sunglasses.... they were in my bag all the time . Thanks for opening up to help me find them ❤️

Although drab on the outside our 7-10 year old were captivated by the science and especially the tarantulas exhibits. Touching recently shed skins as well as a live beast was captivating. All for €20 for a family of 4.

Spent a couple of hours in here with 8 & 10 yr olds. Small centre, but really engaging. The kids loved the spider and scorpion exhibit, but especially the touch pool where the volunteer staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and made all the difference. Well worth a visit.

Family visit with my wife and two children age 6 & 8. €20 euro for family ticket.
The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, spent over two hours here which is great opportunity to take afternoon out of hot sun.
Afterwards we went into old Faro town for lunch which was great
