Seen from outside it is an amazing building , seen from inside is an expo / museum and it offers a beautiful view on the Area

It is outside the city but you have a metro close by

Somewhat disappointed with my visit.Ir you wish to go to the top you must wait in line for the elevator, approximately 30 minutes. Once up there not a lot of room to circulate. Line quicker going down. Did enjoy Magritte temporary exhibit. Otherwise not that interesting. Stunning and impressive from outside. Would be useful for science exhibits.

Go early to beat the lines. Great views. I enjoyed the experience, but I had to wait for a loooooong time in the cold.

Impressive structure that can be seen from far over city buildings. If you want to see it from inside, however, prepare for a long queue of other people coming there for the same reason. Great recreational areas around, too - big parks, planetarium etc.

When I contemplated Atomium from the distance, it stroke me as a magnificient modern marvel. As a chemistry teacher I couldn't avoid to evocate the lectures about crystallines structures.
However, I firmly believe it's quite expensive to visit it (15€) because the views aren't quite good
