Kudos to @Daniel Dreifuss Your marketing has been a thought-provoking differentiator ever since your earliest days (e.g. the different driving ad surfaces, the second-life campaign etc), an actual necessity for you to break into this space with such substantial market entrance barriers, and at the same time a brilliant demonstration of your entrepreneurial talent. Even 24 years later, yours is still one of my favorite teaching cases to show how one can succeed even in mature markets, if only the go-to-market model is well chosen for the target audience. Keep it up!
