Steaks come seared and on a hot stone which you finish the cooking process on yourself. Very good steak served simply with delicious sauces and fries. You must book ahead probably two days if you can to get the time you want.
Not really Swiss it has an American theming which I don’t think is really necessary - the steak is so good I’m prepared to forgive that and the somewhat cramped seating arrangements.
Highly recommend if you are a red meat eater visiting Zurich.
Great steak, they really know what rare means. Nicely designed and warm place, good service and reasonable prices.
Do not go here if you are a vegetarian.

One of my friends, who is living in Zurich, he recommended Roli’s steakhouse.
He has a steak at Rolli’s steakhouse every week.
So that, we went there with him.
I had Entrecôte 250g.
Steak was grilled, and it was on the stone plate. The steak itself was not hot.
A hot stone plate was come with dish. Cut the steak and grilled on the hot stone.
So, you can eat hot steak always.
If the stone becomes cold, it is changed.
I think it is a good way to eat the steak.
Taste of meat was also good, and it was soft.
