I was a little surprised when I was told this was a great place to eat but I gave it a chance and I am glad I did.
If you order a steak they will bring it out partially cooked with 2 stones on a platter.
One of these stones is hot and the other one is room temperature. The concept behind this is you leave the steak on the hot stone to cook it more and when it is done you move it to the other stone.
The meat was very flavorful and this made for a great slow meal for lots of conversation. Think cooking and fondue.
The restaurant is very small so you need to make a reservation. We had a large party with 6 people and we all had a lot of fun.
Our wait staff Misea and Dilek were outstanding and made the meal that much more enjoyable. If you are looking for a place to eat in Zurich I would most certainly put this on your list.
