We used to come 2-3 times a year before COVID and had not come back since the COVID break out. Unfortunately, I was surprised by behavior of some members of the staff this time; that was very unusual. Specifically, service at the reception was not a 5-star service. What I like about this hotel is the size of the rooms. I always try to have a large enough room so we have space for the three of us. When I arrived, I unfortunately had to ask for a change of room. Guy at the reception was super unhappy about my request and ended up downgrading me, as they did not have the same type of rooms than the one I had booked in advance. Not even offering me an upgrade, because « it is with a surcharge ». So, the guy just judged me and assumed I would not pay more… again not what you expect in a 5-star hotel.
Hotel manager tried to solve it, but it is a pity to see such a service…
