Dirty apartments, no ventilation, cob webs and stained furniture, equipment of the "kitchen" below basic and worst of all, an attitude from the management that is just unbelievable for a business trying to deal with visitors! It took me 5 days to get a key to my letter box, and after asking them to give me a parking spot that would allow for my car (a sedan, not an SUV or anything large) to be parked properly (and by this I mean being able to get out of it, open the trunk, you know, super-demanding stuff), here's the email I got, below. I must say that I have never ever seen any hospitality business so inhospitable.
"We would like to ask you to park your car on the parking lot EP05 in a way that allows other users of the parking lot (for example EP06) to park their vehicle on their parking lot.
Please repark your car as soon as possible to avoid the towing of your car, for which you would have to bear the costs.
Should you have any further requests or questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
I wish you a great day." (no kidding! Swiss sense of hospitality?? They're obviously in the wrong business)
