The place is close to Interlaken Ost which is the central point to access to many mountains. Room is clean but may be a bit tight for Western people. Eventhough, it is not in the downtown area where there are many shops and restaurants but those are in the walking distances. For those who plan to visit Harder Kulm, the entrance is just across the street from the hotel.

Extremely good location, 5 minutes walk from Interlaken East station, where we went to the mountains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The weather is very bad the day we arrived, with snow and thunderstorm on the mountain, we didn’t know where to go. The staff approached us and gave us many good recommendations, showed us various tours possible on the map, and provided us very useful travel tips (including where to find good hiking shoes:) thanks to their recommendations we spent a wonderful time in Interlaken. I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely visit again!

This hotel is very conveniently placed about 4-5 minutes from the railway station (on level ground!) It is quiet, well run and clean and welcoming. It is easy to walk further along the the road into central Interlaken where there are many shops and alternative eating places.
We had the breakfasts while we were there and it was everything you could ask for . These were taken in the hotel but there are two eating/drinking areas on either side of the hotel. Part of the hotel but managed separately. This means you have a choice of eating places close by to choose from.
Our room was well furnished, clean and well maintained. We were on the first floor in to the side of the hotel (room 116) We had a view of the mountains and we were very happy there
