The location of this hotel was amazing, and we were able to easily walk from the train station with lots of luggage with no problems. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel downstairs, and the food was delicious!! We would definitely stay here again.
The hotel location, and staff were the most impressive. Staff was so helpful, especially Mr Syed Abbass. I loved the clean room, the tea and nuts in the room. It was best I can get in the price. I strongly recommend to all. And I will definitely come back again.
The location is awesome - right on the riverfront and steps from the Chapel Bridge. We had a balcony room and it was fairly spacious for a European hotel room. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was provided with the room was a voucher for the restaurant that we could use at any time - which we thought we great. We used ours for lunch one day, including drinks. The staff was helpful and the room was clean.
We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location was simply perfect! Facility was very nice, staff was good. The room was pretty spacious and clean. We would certainly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Luzern. Our breakfast was included in the rate and was a very nice option.
The staff were very kind and helpful, the food in the restaurant was perfect and the hotel was situated perfectly for everything you need!
Plentiful things in walking distance and lots for kids to see and do too!
