Had 3 nights in the beautiful city of Lucerne!! Our room was on the corner with a balcony, very spacious- we loved it!! Loved that we had 2 choices of where to have breakfast (depending on what time you needed to have breakfast)! (They also own the Ambassador Hotel - 2 mins away)!
Reception staff very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend this hotel if you are lucky enough to visit Lucerne!!

very helpful staff.know the surrounding area and give good direction.good breakfast and service coffee and tea and snacks till late afternoon, which most hotel does not provide.I wouldn't mind to stay for future trip.

My 3 daughters and I stayed here for a mother/daughter getaway. Great location, everyone was very nice! Rooms were cute and a good size. Bathrooms had deep tubs which I used for a nice soak after a long day of sightseeing. Nice breakfast included. Wonderful balconies for a view of the city and Lake Lucerne! Highly recommend!

Nice clean hotel, top location! 3 minutes to the lake, 5 minutes to the centre! Liked it very much. Luzern is a beautiful city with small bars, nice shopping centers. A must see! Also visit Bürgenstock Resort for a dinner, this is excellent!

And your visit to the Bürgenstock is just faboulous. A Ressort closeby from Lucerne accessible by Boat and Funiculare. Just amazing.

Simple hotel but with an excellent location. Breakfast was ok (no warm food besides boiled eggs, but the rest is correct). Service was outstanding; they did a quick check-in and check-out without any issue at all.
Room was a bit small but perfect to our needs. No A/C and a bit hot when we arrived, but nothing that opening a bit the window would not fix.
