I was hesitant to go to a resto with a 'four language menu' on the main square but as I walked away, I saw the perfect table in the sun and thought I'd give it a try....
Friendly service. Amazing setting. Ordered a prosecco - came in a wine glass and not bubbly, not what I expected, but okay....
Bread was four white rolls and bread sticks, kept looking at my neighbor's dark bread, but okay....
Ordered lasagna and it came hot, was tasty, good pick. I saw - yes I did - both donkey and horse meat on the menu and asked what the meet was before I ordered. I was told it was beef. And it tasted as I would have imagined it should....
Good to be aware that 'ragu', as in meat pasta sauce, could be anything....
I know this place has horrible reviews but I had a lively lunch. Others who ordered pasta seemed to have nice meals. Did not seem my table neighbors were totally taken with their pizza and fried cutlet.
