walking past loved the look of this restaurant, we decided to give it a go. Surprised to find a lovely courtyard at back as well

Service was good but for some reason we were rushed to order, the restaurant was less than half full. Although dinner was good but nothing special, our 15 years old loved lasagna, my Carpaccio Salmon was fresh & delicious, except a salad we ordered that never came.

Overall it was a pleasent evening but the food & service would have to take a big step up to match the bill.

We ate on their patio which was very pretty. There was only one white wine that you could order by the glass, but it was very good. We were given bread but had to ask for olive oil and balsamic. The waiter insisted on taking our order very quickly, while never cracking a smile. We split the lamb chops and the pasta with eggplant and fresh mozzarella. The waiter insisted on taking our order very quickly, while never cracking a smile. We split the lamb chops and the pasta with eggplant and fresh mozzarella. They arrived so quickly, we could hardly believe it. Now I don’t want to sit at a restaurant and wait for 45 minutes for my food, but I’ve waited longer at McDonald’s for food then I did here, and it really took away from the atmosphere of the evening.
The food was very tasty, I have no complaints about that. However I did not expect to dine in under 30 minutes so that really took away from our enjoyment of the meal.

The service was poor, food quality below standard for the price they charged. We ordered some dishes which arrived with different ingredients from the menu with the answer it was the wrong season. The dinner was rushed. We were in and out within 1.5 hour. They tried to make up for it with a tiramisu on the house ( which actually was very good). This was recommended by the hotel and would suggest you give it a swerve.

We had a great lunch with an outstanding service and delicious meals. I would definitely recommend for those people who'd like to eat high quality food and special italian dishes at a marvelous venue.

We went here on a recommendation from our hotel. We were told this is where the Venetians eat and so were looking forward to a great authentic meal with excellent service. What a disappointment! The restaurant appeared to be understaffed and so the service was terrible and most unprofessional. Our starter (Caprese Insalata) arrived without incident and was very tasty. Thereafter, it all went ‘pear shaped’ as it took them at least 30 minutes to come and take our mains order and a further 30 minutes to deliver it.

In that time we observed a table of four people get up and walk out in disgust and the table next to us was thinking of doing the same due to lack of service.

When our mains eventually arrived, they were both disappointing. The ribbon pasta with duck sauce tasted just like bolognaise and the ribbon pasta with salmon and zucchini needed a lot of extra salt and pepper to get it flavoursome.

So, all in all, a big disappointment but amusing as we likened it to ‘Fawlty Towers’.
