I stayed at the hotel that houses the restaurant and was not impressed. However, the restaurant lives up to its billing (a Michelin "Plate"). The food was excellent and the service impeccable. Plan ahead and when you make a reservation, ask to be seated by the windows - which gives you a view of a canal. Nothing like a gondola crusing by at eye level to set a nice tone for dinner.
