We picked this hotel from American Express travel not knowing what to expect. We arrived in venice and took water taxi directly to hotel. The taxi dropped us off right at the door of the hotel which had the most beautiful entrance on the strip. The service on arrival was amazing as we sipped on prosecco while we checked into our room. We were greeted by Irene at the front desk and our entire stay she was very helpful and detailed with how to navigate Venice, where to eat and always made us feel like we were at home. W/e did not feel like we needed to adjust to a new surrounding as this was our first time in Venice. We felt knowledgable about places to go and the interior of the hotel was stunning. The facilities were spectacular very updated and modern and clean. The breakfast was SPECTACULAR which we feel is important to the start of a good day. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Food was always fresh and tasty. It is also directly next to a water taxi stop making it an unbelievably easy place to stay. I absolutely loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. The room was large (we had just come from France), spacious, clean, modern and well lit. There ample room in fact more than we needed. I will only stay here on my stays to Venice in the future.

Loved this hotel for the convenience and updated/modern feel. The location couldn't have been better. Easy to get from train station to hotel and from hotel to airport. The rooms were great - very modern and updated. They upgraded me to a premium room upon arrival. Very accommodating and nice. Would stay again. If you require more room, this is not the hotel for you. The premium size room was a bit small. The standard was very small. I preferred the updated/modern and location to the size of the room.

Room Tip: Would suggest at least a premium size room if for 2 or more people. Standard room is quite small.

Stayed there right before Easter - staff were friendly and helpful - hotel and room was clean with a good restaurant and good breakfast. Our room rate included breakfast - it was booked through Costco. This hotel is right on the Grand Canal about a 3rd of a mile from the Rialto Bridge and right next to the San Angelo vaporetto stop. Our room overlooked their courtyard on the city side of the hotel.

I stayed there in middle of June and absolutely amazing stay, from organizing the pick up at the Airport till departure to the Airport. Staff was super attentive and helped what ever possible. The Front Office Manager Beatrice was super professional and all of them treated my wife and myself like super stars. They even offered an upgrade wow, wow, wow. If you in Venice a must stay. Ps I liked the afternoon refreshment and soft candies, available in the lobby.

Room Tip: Its worth to pay a few extra euro for a stunning canal grande view
