Ate here one evening after a nice stroll along the canal.. had a look at menu outside before going in,although pricey we were excited at the prospect of an exceptional meal.. we had scallops and sweet and sour prawns for starter, scallops nice but the prawn dish was flat -did’t get the accompaniment flavours at all..monkfish main course was overpowered by the mixed nut topping and the fillet of ombrine was pleasant enough...as foodies we were dissappointed and the quality of the food didn’t match the price level..Staff were friendly and service very good.

Geared more towards fine dining rather than big pizzas and pastas and therefore more expensive. Not expensive by Venetian fleece you blind standards though, just a noticeably higher bill than from other local places. Very nice food, smallish portions. Broccoli soufflé lovely. I had beef, others had fish. we all very much enjoyed our food. Waiters nice and helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend for a special meal. Very large distillate menu. Vicious alcohol distilled from some weird plants and more normal fruits. Blows your head off.

Was recommended by a local Venetian and definitely didn’t disappoint! The choices and combinations of seafood are interestingly paired and excellently prepared and presented! The atmosphere was friendly lively and local, with very attentive staff.

Great meal and great service. I had the beef and my partner have the scallops, both were cooked perfectly. The creme brulee was beautiful and they had a great selection of wines. A little bit more pricey than the other restaurants on the road but worth it! Staff were friendly too.

We were at the restaurant as it opened for dinner, and we were able to be seated. However, I could tell the server would have preferred us to have a reservation, and the restaurant did quickly fill up. One server was far friendlier than the other, but overall the service was fine. The food was quite good; I am vegetarian and they were accommodating and helpful. It was great to be in a residential neighborhood in a place that seemed to be frequented by locals. I would put the cost in the high moderate range-- not fine dining, but more than other meals we had.
