The hotel itself is OK if you need to be in the area. Surroundings aren't great but it is located close to the metro station.
On my first stay I had breakfast and it was good.
I had to cancel my second stay and this franchisee unfortunately do not adhere to the Hilton flexible policy currently in place and do not provide refunds, asserting that there is an italian law forbidding this. You may get a voucher valid exclusively on this property and very limited in time.
I will not return.

We arrived at 2 (checkin time), the room was ready and we had a nice upgrade. We had I stay on reservation which I forgot to specify at check in but the problem was solved immediately. Breakfast was held every morning in the restaurant with everything you can wish for!

What can i say? It's Hilton Hotel family........ Nice clean hotel, pantry to get snacks, get drinks and if you have a takeaway you wanted to warm, there is a microwave for that.Close to shops and the underground services is 3 mins away and only take 17 mins or so to Duomo.

I have been in this Hilton and was again disappointed. The location is not very nice, near the rail station is not really the best place to be in Milan. The service is slow and the price too high. I have maybe a bad number of experiences with this Hotel Management. I will try one day to find one fully satisfactory

Sitting in a relatively quiet location off the main road but only 2mins from the subway this is another example of a good Garden Inn.

Check in was fine and service was first class.

Room was very modern and spacious with a balcony. Breakfast was perfect with lots of options.

Only small grumble. It’s frustrating that there’s no iron in the room. Had to use the ironing room on 1st floor and neither iron worked immediately so the engineer had to come and check.
