If you want to know how the real Italy looks like, you have to definitely visit this area. Typical narrow streets, local restaurants and bars...

Good place to wander during the day and also in the evening, lots of interesting shops, cobbled streets, cafes and restaurants

Brera District is probably the most charming neighborhood we visited in Milan (we didn't have time to go to Navigli). The district has charming narrow streets filled with nice cafes and bars.

Not everywhere is so pleasant to wander in Milan. Brera district has the most expensive real estate in the city so as you might expect upscale cafes, restaurants and shops to serve those clients. A pleasant area to walk and relax in Milan.

We really enjoyed our walk in this area: cute restaurants, stone- pedestrian streets, friendly crowds etc
