We come to Milan very often and this is always the place we choose to stay. However, today, we are not going to review the hotel, the location and the staff (which is quite obvious that we like, by always choosing to stay here). We would like to share something of o major importance. That is, during breakfast, we saw a guy who was serving us. He was extremely polite, with a smiling face, very quick at his duties. However, there was something uncommon about him. When we asked his colleagues about him, we were told that he was "transitioning" and that, even though he was in the middle of the process, everybody respected HER true nature, by admiring and supporting the choice made. This is just amazing! This is the true purpose of a hotel, where everyone is welcomed and accepted for what he/she is, no matter what religion, race, skin, color or gender, that do not really matter. What really matters are, humanity, politeness, acceptance and respect for one's path. Many compliments on this! The whole world should be and act that way. Keep up with the good work, looking forward to seeing you soon again.
